Mirtha Amalia Moreno is a proud military veteran, accomplished executive leadership coach, and the founder of LifeNotez, LLC — a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to supporting people from all walks of life.
Born in Texas and raised in Virginia, Mirtha’s life has been marked by resilience, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to growth. Despite facing early life challenges, she rose above adversity with a strong spirit and a clear sense of purpose.
After graduating from high school, Mirtha joined the U.S. military, where she served honorably for 20 years, including time as an Instructor and a Medical Technician. She became a single mother during her military journey and used her experiences to fuel her passion for helping others. Alongside her service, she earned multiple academic degrees, including a bachelor’s and associate’s in healthcare, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing, and certifications in life coaching, disaster recovery, master coaching, executive leadership, and a certificate as a Human Rights Consultant.
Mirtha’s work is deeply personal and purpose-driven. Through LifeNotez, she provides coaching programs, empowerment workshops, and advocacy initiatives that help individuals rewrite their stories and reclaim their power. Her coaching style is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and lived experience, making her a trusted voice for transformation and healing.
Beyond her work with adults, Mirtha is also passionate about youth empowerment. She is the author of different literature, some offering motivational, some featuring storytelling with journal reflections to promote self-confidence, leadership, and resilience. Through this and other youth-focused projects, Mirtha encourages the next generation, especially girls, to rise with strength, purpose, and vision.
