After 20 years of honorable military service as a Medical Technician and Instructor, she turned her experience in leadership, resilience, and service into a career helping others navigate personal and professional transformation.
Mirtha holds an MBA in Marketing along with degrees in Healthcare and professional certifications in executive leadership, life coaching, disaster recovery, and more.
She also serves as Director of Military Partnerships for Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching, connecting military communities with coaching, leadership development, and professional growth opportunities.
