Through Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching (FIA), we connect military communities with professional coaching, leadership development, resilience training, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

As Director of Military Partnerships, Mirtha Amalia Moreno works to build relationships with military installations and organizations and identify training opportunities that support:

• Active-duty service members

• Veterans

• Military spouses and families

• Military and civilian personnel

• Leadership and professional-development teams

Programs may include professional coach certification, life coaching, leadership development, resilience, career transition, and disaster recovery coaching.

Our goal is simple: to bring practical coaching and leadership resources to the people who serve, support, and strengthen our military communities.
