About Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching

Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching (FIA) is a professional coach-training organization founded by Berry Fowler, founder of Sylvan Learning. Since 2008, FIA has provided professional coaching education and certification designed to help individuals develop practical coaching, leadership, and personal-development skills.

FIA offers programs for individuals, professionals, organizations, and military communities, with training that can support leadership development, resilience, career growth, personal transformation, and professional coaching.

Through its military partnerships, FIA works with military-connected communities to expand access to professional coaching, education, and development opportunities for service members, veterans, spouses, families, and military personnel.

FIA's coaching philosophy centers on the Fowler Method™, a practical approach that helps individuals gain clarity, set meaningful goals, take purposeful action, and achieve results.

Coaching That Creates Change

FIA's mission is to equip people with the knowledge, tools, and coaching skills to create meaningful change in their own lives and support positive change in others.
